Chicken in Mushroom Sauce

Ingredients
Chicken (65%), Sauce (Water, sunflower oil, 3% mushrooms, fat powder (BUTTER oil, glucose syrup, MILK protein), modified tapioca starch, MILK protein, salt, flavourings (contains MILK, SOYA), sugar, concentrates (apple, lemon), whipped CREAM (contains MILK), WHEAT flour, acidity regulator: glucono-delta-lacton, stabilizer: xanthan gum, thickening agent: guar gum, preservatives: potassium sorbate and sodium benzoate, pepper, food acid: citric acid, antioxidant: ascorbic acid), Parsley, Smoked Paprika.

Storage
Ideally cook same day as purchase or always by ‘use by’ date.
Suitable for home freezing. Ideally freeze as soon as possible after purchase but always by ‘use by’ date shown. Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 24 hours in the fridge. Once defrosted use on the same day and do not refreeze. Not suitable for cooking from frozen. Keep refrigerated below 4°C.
Cooking Instructions
Remove the lid. Place on a baking tray in a preheated oven: 200°C /Fan 180°C/Gas 6 for 40 mins. Turn chicken half way through cooking. Stir sauce thoroughly before serving.
Not suitable for microwave cooking.
