Chicken Fillet in Mushroom Sauce


Skinless fresh chicken breast fillet in a creamy mushroom sauce.

Ingredients List:

Mushroom Sauce contains: Water, Mushrooms (25%), Fat Powder (Butter Oil, Glucose Syrup, Milk Protein), Modified Tapioca Starch, Natural Flavourings (contains Milk), Salt, Milk Protein, Concentrates (Apple, Lemon),  Whipped Cream (contains Milk), Sugar, Wheat Flour, Cognac, Acidity Regulator: Glucono-delta-lacton, Stabiliser: Xanthan Gum, Thickening Agent: Guar Gum, Preservative: Potassium Sorbate and Sodium Benzoate, Pepper, Food Acid: Citric Acid, Antioxidant, Ascorbic Acid.

Cooking Instructions


Temperature 190c / Fan 170c / Gas 5

Remove lid from foil tray and place in the centre of a pre – heated oven and cook for 35 – 40 minutes.

Check the food is piping hot and cooked thoroughly. Juices from the chicken must run clear when pierced with a thin skewer before serving.


Not suitable for microwave cooking
