Chicken Fillet in Honey Mustard Sauce


Ingredients List:

Honey Mustard Sauce contains: Water, Sunflower Oil, Sugar, Honey (7%), Mustard (6%) (Water, Mustard Seeds, Vinegar, Salt, Spices, Natural Flavouring), Vinegar, Apple Concentrate, Milk Protein,  Modified Maize Starch, Spices (contains Mustard), Salt, Flavourings, Colourings: Caramel Class 1 and Natural Carotene, Thickening Agent: Guar Gum, Preservatives: Potassium Sorbate and Sodium Benzoate, Stabilizer: Xanthan Gum.

Cooking Instructions


Temperature 190c / Fan 170c / Gas 5

Remove lid from foil tray and place in the centre of a pre – heated oven and cook for 35 – 40 minutes.

Check the food is piping hot and cooked thoroughly. Juices from the chicken must run clear when pierced with a thin skewer before serving.


Not suitable for microwave cooking
